Anthony T. Golden, Esq.

Anthony Tony Golden.

     Anthony T. “Tony” Golden is the founder and managing partner of The Golden Firm. During his thirty year legal career, he has concentrated his practice in the areas of estate planning, trust matters, complex taxation and estate and trust administration for private clients and high net worth families. In addition, Mr. Golden frequently assists clients with real estate, business and investment matters. He represents both domestic and international clients.  Mr. Golden is counselor to some of Miami's most affluent families.  

     Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Golden was a longtime partner in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen, LLP, one of Florida’s largest law firms. In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Golden has also served as an adjunct professor in the University of Miami School of Law graduate LL.M. program in Estate Planning, teaching the course in Federal Wealth Transfer Tax and advanced estate planning techniques to new estate planning attorneys.

     Mr. Golden has extensive experience with the most sophisticated estate planning and taxation techniques for clients. He represents both trustees and personal representatives in estate and trust matters and he has been recognized for his skill in resolving family disputes through negotiation and mediation rather than litigation. Mr. Golden represents clients throughout the South Florida area.

Dayle Lopez, Esq.

     Dayle Lopez initially came to the United States as a refugee from Cuba and has spent her life fighting for the rights of others. Her career is a journey of breaking boundaries as both a female lawyer and a Hispanic woman in the United States.

     Ms. Lopez graduated with honors from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, and went on to attend the University of Innsbruck, Austria, where she completed the Program of Studies on Global Legal Issues. She later received her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. 

​

     As an attorney, Ms. Lopez is a spirited advocate and skilled negotiator who has successfully represented clients against insurance companies, at-fault individuals, large corporations, and the U.S. Government. She is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum, whose membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.  Her practice is focused on personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury cases, arising from automobile accidents, wrongful death, trucking accidents, product defects, premises liability including slip and fall accidents, medical malpractice, and trust and estate matters. In addition to working on behalf of accident victims, Ms. Lopez is involved with the Hispanic community and devotes a substantial amount of her time to pro bono and volunteer work.

     Ms. Lopez understands the uncertainty and stress that is associated with a legal case and values the importance of keeping the client informed throughout the legal process. She believes that empathy and connection are the key elements of a good attorney-client relationship and she works closely with her clients to bring them justice.

Peter G. Golden, Esq.

     Peter G. Golden is an experienced employment, litigation and business attorney. Mr. Golden's national legal practice includes successfully representing clients in many types of litigation matters, as well as advising in employment, business and commercial matters. He is both a counselor and a litigator. On the litigation side, he has represented some of the largest Fortune 100® companies in state and federal courts and administrative agencies in over 30 states and has acted as national employment counsel to individuals and multiple large corporations. He represents large corporations, small business owners and select individuals in myriad litigation matters ranging from business disputes to employment matters to non-compete agreement litigation. Mr. Golden is also a veteran of the courtroom, having successfully tried jury and non-jury trials throughout the United States.

     On the business side, Mr. Golden acts as a counselor and legal advisor to his clients, focusing on the clients' objectives, their goals and their business. Mr. Golden spends considerable time on his consulting practice in the areas of employment advice, internal investigations and audits, litigation avoidance, non-compete agreement review, contract review and negotiation, termination counseling, human resources law and related advice.

 

     Finally, Mr. Golden practices in the sports and entertainment law area, having represented professional actors, sports agents, radio personalities and not for profit sports entities in business, contract and litigation matters. As a result of his efforts, Mr. Golden has been recognized as one of Atlanta’s leading business and litigation attorneys. He has been named a Super Lawyer rising star as published in Atlanta Magazine and Georgia Super Lawyer magazine® and has been named as one of Georgia’s “Legal Elite” by Georgia Trend magazine® in the area of business and employment law.  Mr. Golden maintains offices in Atlanta, New York and Miami.  Mr. Golden is of counsel to the firm.
